We have been working hard to keep people stably housed during the COVID-19 pandemic. And we wanted to share some new and updated City resources with you (click on the links to be taken to those resources):

  1. The City has updated updated “Rules and Regulations for Tenants and Landlords” to reflect Mayor Breed’s August 25 Order and enactment of AB-3088.
  2. The City has also created a “Summary of Protections for Residential Tenants in San Francisco” that summarizes local, state, and federal protections. This is a very good document, and we recommend that people review it.
  3. With respect to emergency tenant protections, please visit thie City website to learn more and check back regularly for updates, including forthcoming translations in multiple languages.
  4. Finally, the City’s “get housing help” web page features the emergency tenant protections above, hotel guest protections, Give2SF Housing Stabilization Program, and many other resources.
