On Wednesday, 5/13/2020, our TLC Director was honored to be joined by the Lower Polk Community Benefit District, Lower Polk Neighbors, SFPD Northern Station Captain Joe Engler, Healthy Streets Operations Center (HSOC) Director Jeff Kositsky, Supervisor Aaron Peskin, and – at its peak – about 60 of our neighbors.
Our portion of the discussion focused on the rapid-response services that the Tenant Landlord Clinic provides to help prevent homelessness and to help small mom and pop merchants. These services have become crucial during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
We are honored to have been a part of this first virtual Lower Polk Town Hall Meeting, and we look forward to additional opportunities to let people know what we do.
